Booking and Cancellation T & C’s

Cancellations within 24hrs of travel will forfeit full payment of booking.

 

Cancellations with more than 24hrs notice of travel will incur a $20 administration fee.

Online pre-payment of bookings is recommended.

 

All prices include GST. Airport parking, fees and road tolls.

Byron Bay Limousines provide a complimentary 15min wait from specified pickup time. A $25 fee applies per 15min increment thereafter.

 

Byron Bay Limousines have the right to charge an appropriate repair and/or cleaning fee to the hirer for any damages to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

Byron Bay Limousines holds the right to refuse any passengers that are abusive, violent, heavily intoxicated or unruly.

Airport Transfer T & C’s

Byron Bay Limousines will monitor flight status to ensure passengers are met on arrival in the terminal.

 

We provide a complimentary waiting of 25 minutes once plane has landed for domestic flights. An additional $25 fee applies per 15 minute increment thereafter.

 

We provide a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes once plane has landed for international flights. An additional fee of $20 will be charged every 15 minute increment thereafter.

 

Any unexpected commercial flight cancellations must be made aware to Byron Bay Limousines ASAP to avoid 100% cancellation fee.

 

For any flight delays, we will endeavour to meet the new flight arrival time as close as possible.
